Biya finally keeps promise?

Sources indicate that Mr Biya has finally kept a promise… twenty-five-year-old promise.

It remains to be announced and some will see it as a typical act of disdain for the country he  claimed to serve for so long that he does not honour/trust any of the infrastructure he “created”!
